Come to a meeting
Our meetings are open to all registered Democrats. Meet the committee, hear what's happening in town, and share your ideas. Our next meeting is Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM at New Hartford Town Hall, 530 Main Street.
Join the Democratic Town Committee
Any registered Democrat in New Hartford can be considered for committee membership. Members are elected by party voters, and vacancies can be filled between elections. Tell us you're interested and we'll walk you through it.
Serve on a town board or commission
New Hartford relies on resident volunteers to serve on boards and commissions. Right now the Conservation Commission, Commission on Aging, Economic Development Commission, and Inland Wetlands Commission all have open seats. Some seats are elected and some are appointed by the Board of Selectmen. If you want to serve, we can help you find the right fit.
